Aside from the double shot can from Starbucks, I dislike coffee energy drinks largely as a result of the comedown that inevitably follows, but also because I dislike the uncontrollably jittery high of it. I like Frappio Espresso Latte for the express (forgive the pun) reason that I have all the energy I need without being jittery and don't have to deal with the sharp decline of energy that usually follows. That said, WHAT IS ASHWANGANDHA???
